How in the world can Pennsylvania's leadership discourage ousourcing in light of a debacle like this? I am hard-pressed to understnd the rationale of giving away a profitable asset for a quick infusion of cash. What can the British do that we can't? If we need a better return, fix it. Don't give up on it! Perhaps, a better idea would be to offer Philadelphia to the British. I'm sure that they could do better with it than Harrisburg.
