This looks like the zoning process is being side-lined by the intervention from the Commissioners. The concerned citizens of Sugar Grove obviously have looked around and noticed that these junk stores are placed close enough to them that they don't need one in their town. As far as zoning goes, look around and see that "industrial" drilling activities are invading neighborhoods right and left; yet they escape any intervention by zoning laws. Talk about property values!! What gives here?
