-Straw Purchases are illegal in PA. -The store in NY where the purchase occurred should have stopped the purchase when the guy picked it out and she did the paperwork. -PA has a unified firearms code for the whole state that prohibits towns, cities, etc from making their own laws regarding guns. The PA Supreme Court will strike down the mentioned laws. Philly passes gun laws that are always struck down by the PA Supreme Court.
