Gardeners flock to Ekey’s

During difficult times, where does everyone go? To Ekey’s Garden Center; it’s a favorite spot of gardeners throughout Warren County and in the states of PA, NY and Ohio. What’s blooming at Ekey’s is not only fabulous flowers, but vegetables, herbs, trees and shrubs. A great way to save money during this economic downturn is to grow your own and Ekey’s has what you need: seeds, plants, soil and advice. It’s said that having your own garden can save over $100 off your food bill every month. Furthermore, it’s a great way to keep physically fit and to cut down on medical bills. Ekey’s is a full-service nursery with ranges of greenhouses, shade houses, gardens and showrooms. Edibles include fruit trees, berry bushes, herbs, asparagus, broccoli and more. There are the new 2009 “Proven Winner” varieties as well as the old favorites like freesia and sweet peas.
