Crash. A Warren man was charged after a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Market Street on Saturday, Jan. 3. Police said Samuel John Dominick, 45, of 108 Oak St., Apt. 301, was cited for careless driving and driving while license suspended after he was driving westbound on Pennsylvania at 1:07 p.m. and his car struck a vehicle driven by Gayle Tachoir, of 114 Water St. Police said Tachoir was stopped at a red light and Dominick said his car slid on the small stones on the road, causing the crash. No injuries and only minor damage to both vehicles were reported. Clarendon Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that between 3:05 and 3:10 p.m. on Monday, a 10-year-old juvenile and an 11-year-old juvenile were throwing balls of snow and ice at each other on Brown Ave. According to police, the 10-year-old pushed a ball of snow and ice into the 11-year-old’s face, causing an eye injury.
