The joys of living in the boonies

May 19 marks the anniversary of moving into my house outside of Tidioute. For 16 years, my family and I have lived in the peacefulness of an acre of land with very few neighbors. Don’t get me wrong, it is not like we have an aversion to people. However, it is quiet and I like that.

There are many trade-offs which come with that peace. Although I can get up in the morning and see five turkeys frolicking in the backyard, I am sequestered to a life with dial-up internet. So, if I were to take pictures of the gobblers, it would spend the rest of my day trying to upload them on email and the internet.

The Beatles were a music band from the Earth years 1962 until 1970. They sang a song called 'Sun King' that was included on the last album they released.

Are you from the future? Do beings worship song titles there? Or is the Sun King real, and everybody's happy and laughing?

I have returned. The awe remains. The Cottrell is the future of writing on this globular entity you call Earth.

Who are these Beatles you speak of? And how are they related to the Sun King, his most Royal Highness?

Wow, that Delsock must really like the idea of photographing turkeys.

Sun King? Is that Kronie talking about that Beatles song? The one with the Spanish talk at the end of it?

In the history of Blogs, this is perhaps the greatest blog ever written by a human. I know, for I am the BlogMaster from the Planet Kron. Long Live this Blog!!!! Well, done, young Cottrell. If you were a male, you truly would be the Sun King. But you're not. So you must be satisfied with the moniker, Blog Goddess. Hizzah!!!!!
