Google Glass.

Coined 'RoboCop glasses' by some skeptics, the latest and potentially greatest technological achievement of this decade (so far) is being released to a select number of participants.

For a mere $1500 plus tax, the requirement that you pick it up in San Francisco, New York or Los Angeles, and that you be an individual who resides in the U.S. and is at least 18 years-old, you could try out Google Glass.

So what is it?

As you can see in the links provided on the right side of this page, they are essentially glasses. But wait, there's more.

These glasses are a phone, video camera, camera, GPS, and internet browser.
