Despite my better judgment, I'm going to blog about this 'phenomenon...' mostly to show that I'm still hip and cool with the kids these days.

So, I'm not sure if you've heard about this yet, like I'm sure you've heard about 'Gangnam Style' or 'Tebowing' or other internet memes (aka crazes)...

But this thing is getting huge.

It's called 'The Harlem Shake.'

Just watch, there's really no explanation:

If you're confused, don't worry, because I am too...and I'm still young(-ish).

However, it is taking over the world, one viral video at a time.

Even here in little Warren, PA, the craze can't be avoided. At the request of some of my swimmers, I will attempt to promote their video as much as possible...
