Losing to Jamestown
Dear Editor,
First, let me ask, wasn’t there already a “study” done about a hotel on Clark Street that said we didn’t have the capacity to fill it and it wouldn’t be a feasible project? Next, if we are (losing people to Jamestown), I would love to have someone go talk to ALL the hotels, motels, B&B’s in this city and see if we are losing people because they are full? All the time or just when there is a big event? Or maybe it’s that Jamestown as a city has more to offer as a city in itself. Maybe we should look about bringing people into town before we worry about where to put them!
