Dear Editor,

A while ago there was an article about the powers that be in this town trying to decide whether or not to put a round-a-bout at Pennsylvania and Market intersection. I would simply have to ask, if it ain’t broke, why fix it? So I’m sure there is some sort of “study” being done which is costing us taxpayers money. Instead of creating new ways to increase taxes of people that are already in the poor house, how about we take care of the horrid roads we have now by using the monies we have available and fixing them!
