Linda L. (Haight) Morse, 65, of Warren, PA, passed away Monday evening, November 26, 2018 surrounded by her family at the Rouse Home. Her body couldn’t fight as hard as her heart wanted and her long, hard battle with cancer came to an end.
She was born April 20, 1953 in Warren; a daughter to the late Raymond “Jake” Haight and Olive (Hansen) Haight. Linda loved listening to thunderstorms, chatting on the phone, going shopping and spending time with her family and friends, especially her children and grandchildren. Her family meant the most to her and she always looked forward to family gatherings and reunions. You may remember her by the huge smile she had when she saw you. Linda was truly one of a kind and will be sadly missed by all of those who knew her.
She is survived by her children, Lisa Morse and her companion, Michael Albaugh, of Warren, Chrissie Youngquist and her companion, David Spotts, of Sugar Grove, Johnathan Morse and his fiancÈ, Jessica Snyder, of Warren, Corrie Youngquist of New York and David Morse of Warren; her grandchildren, Shyan Sisk, Jocelyn Courtney, Jake Russ, Hayden Morse, Elijah Morse, Zandra Albaugh and one on the way; a greatgrandchild, Nikolai Sisk; a beloved brother, Klint (Brenda) Haight of Garland; 2 halfsisters, Bridgett Hyatt of Warren and Tracy (Jeremy) Norris of Mercer, PA; 2 halfbrothers, Dale (Bobby) Barrett of Florida and Kelly Barrett of New York; a stepsister, Sharon Anderson of Russell and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Rodger Morse.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 2, 2018 at 3pm at the Starbrick Fire Hall, 5 Fireman Street, Warren, PA 16365, with the Rev. Jeff Ewing, pastor of the First Lutheran Church, officiating.
