Todd Franklin Wiltsie, 53, of Warren, died Thursday, December 21, 2017, at UPMC Hamot Medical Center, following a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Todd was born February 25, 1964, in Warren, PA. He is the son of Theodore Wiltsie, of Warren, and the late Joanne (Franklin) Wiltsie.
Todd was a 1982 graduate of Warren Area High School. For 35 years, Todd worked at the Blair Corporation as a Stock Replenisher until his health no longer permitted. A very active member of the emergency services community, Todd was a former member of the Starbrick Volunteer Fire Department, Warren County Haz Mat Team, past president of Warren County Fire Services, and served as past director of the Warren County Fire School. He was also a member of the Brokenstraw Chapter of Keystone Elk Country Alliance and the Rocky Mountain National Elk Foundation. He loved to spend time with his family, especially his niece and nephews.
In addition to his father, he is survived by three siblings, Tim, and wife, Deb, of Warren, Beth, also of Warren, and Corey, of New Buffalo, PA; two nephews, Greg and Dan; one niece, Samantha; and two greatnephews, Levi and Conor.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Joanne, on January 15, 2008.
Friends will be received at Starbrick Community Church, Weiler Road, Warren, on Thursday, December 28, from 5 to 7 p.m., at which time a memorial service will be held there with Rev. Donald Wells, pastor, officiating.
