The funeral service for Charles Theuret will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday at the Nelson Funeral Home on North Main St., Youngsville.
Charles “Chuck” H. Theuret, of Pittsfield, PA., passed away on October 5, 2016, at the John and Orpha Blair Hospice House, Warren.
Charles was born December 25, 1936 to the late Clare and Thelma Burton Theuret in Meadville, Pa. He was employed for over 25 years at Sylvania, retiring in 1998 and he also worked on the family Farm. Charles was a member of the Garland Vol. Fire Dept. and was very much a family man. He loved spending time with his wife, his children and grandchildren, providing for them. He will be remembered for his willingness to help others.
Charles is survived by his loving wife Nancy Black Theuret, whom he married on October 13, 1962 at St. Lukes Catholic Church in Youngsville; sons Paul (Lois) Theuret of Warren, Mark (Vicki) Theuret of Garland; daughters Brenda (William) Vanguilder of Garland and Pam Connacher and her companion Bruce Wickwire of Youngsville; 11 siblings Mary Rockow and Dave Theuret of Oshkosh, WI, Barb Williams of Moorehead City, NC, Clare Theuret of Youngsville, Linda Peterson of Fort Meyers, Fl, Diane Kysor of Tobaccoville, NC, Juanita Bunting of Davenport, FL, Dennis Theuret and Martha Vanderhoof of Union City, PA, Terry Theuret of Asheville, NC and Janice Palmer of VT; 8 grandchildren; 3 greatgrandchildren and one on the way.
Friends will be received on Sunday, October 9, 2016, from 15 pm at the Nelson Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 314 North Main St. Youngsville. A funeral will be held there on Monday, October 10, with the Rev. Tim Olsen, pastor of the Garland Presbyterian Church, officiating. Condolences may be left at nelsonfuneralhome.net.
