Burglary. Between 7 a.m. Monday, June 17, and 5:27 a.m. Monday, July 22, someone allegedly entered a 51-year-old male’s residence on Parker Road and removed an orange 18-inch Stihl Chainsaw, $200 value, and a red 14-inch Craftsmand Chainsaw, $75 value. Conewango Twp.

Possession. On Wednesday, August 7, state parol allegedly discovered black tar heroin, crystal heroin, suboxone and miscellaneous drug paraphernalia at James Wightman’s River Road residence. State parole turned over the confiscated items to the Conewango Township Police Department. Conewango Police charged James Wightman and Courtney Sliter with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of narcotics.

Jamestown, NY

Fugitive from Justice. At approximately 10:53 p.m., Wednesday, August 14, Jamestown, NY police officers performed a street check on Nicholas K. Rader, 40, of Jamestown, NY. Investigation determined that Rader had a valid probation warrant out of Warren County. Rader was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown, NY city jail where he will be held pending arraignment. He was charged with being a fugitive from justice.
