Youngsville man charged with indecent assault

A Youngsville man was charged Wednesday in connection to a reported indecent assault and corruption of two teen females, according to a Warren state police report.

State police charged David. W. Dickson, 71 with two third-degree counts of corruption of minors and two second-degree misdemeanor counts of indecent assault.

Two females, ages 15 and 16, told their mother that Dickson inappropriately touched them on several occasions between May 1, 2018 and June 1, 2019 at his residence on Brown Hill Road, according to the police report. The mother immediately contacted Forest-Warren Children and Youth Services.

State police ended their investigation by interviewing Dickson. Dickson confirmed the information provided by the teens, according to the police report.

District court documents confirming the charges against Dickson were not published online as of Wednesday at 5 p.m. The state police report states “further action is pending.”
