Arraignment and change of pleas

The following defendants entered not guilty pleas before Judge Gregory Hammond on Thursday during arraignment and change of plea proceedings.

¯ Michael A. Campman, Youngsville. Campman has been charged with false imprisonment, simple assault, resisting arrest and harassment.

¯ Cody A Flick, Warren. He has been charged with possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility and possession of drug paraphernalia. At a second docket, he faces charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle, improper right turn and DUI: Controlled substance – impaired ability – first offense.

¯ Mandy J. Hanlon, Tionesta. Hanlon has been charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of children, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance – Schedule I – first offense, careless driving and reckless driving.

¯ Suzanne V. Higgins, Tidioute. Higgins has been charged with possession of controlled substance – contraband/inmate, possession of a controlled substance and furnishing drug free urine – use or attempt.

¯ Anthony R. Jacoby, Warren. Jacoby has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense and drive wrong way.

¯ Linda L. Lanyon, Corry. Lanyon has been charged with conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver), possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ James A. Little, Youngsville. Little has been charged with unauthorized use motor/other vehicles.

¯ Kellen P. Taydus, Youngsville. Taydus has been charged with DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – second offense, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense, driving an unregistered vehicle, required financial responsibility, operate vehicle without valid inspection, reckless driving and disorderly conduct.

¯ David R. Wilson, Youngsville. Wilson has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, driving while operating privilege suspended/revoked, fail to keep right, improper right turn and careless driving.

¯ Michael D. Wilson, Warren. Wilson has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: High rate – first offense, exceed max speed limit established by 11 mph and careless driving.
