A man was taken to Warren General Hospital after a four-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon on Route 62 in North Warren. According to Conewango Township Police Chief Jason Peters, the driver of a northbound truck “became unconscious while driving.” The truck crossed the center barrier just north of the intersection of Route 62 and Follett Run Road, sideswiped a vehicle, and headed straight into oncoming traffic. The truck hit another truck head-on and another vehicle rear-ended that truck. The driver who lost consciousness was transported to Warren General Hospital for treatment. No one else reported any injuries as a result of the crash.
