Conewango Police seek owners of stolen property

Following the arrest of three Warren men in of a string of burglaries, Conewango Township Police are asking residents to check their garages and sheds.

“Conewango Township Police urge residents and landowners in the North Warren, Jackson Run, Follett Run, and Hillcrest areas to check their outbuildings and garages for possible break-ins and any items that are missing,” according to a release from Chief Jason Peters.

Police are continuing to investigate the burglaries and it is possible that some victims do not yet realize they have had break-ins.

“There is a large number of items being held that need to be returned to their rightful owners,” Peters said.

Anyone who discovers that they are missing items from garages and sheds is asked to contact Conewango Township Police at 726-0725 and provide descriptions of the missing items.
