One guilty plea was entered while seven defendants pleaded not guilty during arraignment proceedings held on Thursday before Judge Gregory Hammond at the Warren County Courthouse.
Rocky A. Fiscus, Warren, pleaded guilty to accessing a device issued to another who did not authorize its use. Charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, access device issued to another who did not authorize use and publish, make, see, etc. access device altered, etc. were not prosecuted.
The following defendants pleaded not guilty:
¯ Robert L. Dell, III, Pittsfield. Dell has been charged with terroristic threats, firearms not to be carried without license – no criminal violation, harassment and public drunkenness.
¯ Ryan L. Markey, Warren. Markey has been charged with simple assault and harassment.
¯ Nolan A. Martin, Warren. Martin has been charged with retail theft – take merchandise and theft by unlawful taking.
¯ Matthew J. Porter, Warren. Porter has been charged at one docket with receiving stolen property and burglary – not adapted for overnight accommodation, criminal trespass – break into structure and theft by unlawful taking at a second docket.
¯ Daniel S. Wees, Irvine. Wees has been charged with marijuana – small amount personal use, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, DUI: Minor – first offense, two counts of purchase, etc. alcoholic beverage by a minor, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and period for requiring lighted lamps.
¯ Nicole L. Fulton, Warren. Fulton has been charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, endangering welfare of children and criminal use of a communications facility.
¯ Alicia L. Pape, Sheffield. Pape has been charged with DUI: Controlled substance – Schedule II or III – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance – metabolite – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance – impaired ability – first offense, three counts each of endangering welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person, fail to keep right, disregard traffic lane and careless driving.
