The artistic stylings of students from all over Warren County will be on display when the snow flies.

In fact, the snow will be flying off of the art.

Students at Tidioute Community Charter School, Eisenhower High School, Sheffield High School, Warren Area High School, and Youngsville High School painted PennDOT plows and wings that will be affixed to plow trucks for the coming season.

The ‘Paint the Plow’ program is a community outreach.

“Schools are asked to paint the plows with a winter safety theme, weather motif, or even school mascots,” according to the PennDOT District 1-0 website. “These plow blades will run in the areas of the respective school districts.”
