DUI. City of Warren police report Justin Ludwig, 36, of Warren was charged with driving under the influence of a schedule two or three controlled substance, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, careless driving and driving on a sidewalk following a single vehicle accident on Pennsylvania Avenue on Sept. 1.
Disorderly conduct. According to City of Warren police, Nancy Baughman, 63, of Warren was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness on Oct. 26 after officers responded to a domestic dispute.
Drugs. City of Warren police report a 16-year-old juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 29 following an investigation by police.
Harassment. According to City of Warren police, Veronica McLaughlin, 20 and Seneka Shick, 20, both of Warren were cited for harassment on Oct. 31 after officers responded to a domestic dispute.
Harassment. City of Warren police report William Mullins, 31, of Warren was cited for harassment on Nov. 5 after officers responded to a domestic dispute.
Crash. According to state police at the Warren barracks, no injuries were reported following a one-vehicle crash on Nov. 7 on Route 27 approximately 491 feet north of Schell Road. Timothy Allen Cope, 27, of Irvine was traveling south on Route 27 in a 2003 Dodge Caravan at approximately 6:38 a.m. when a deer ran into the roadway. Cope was unable to stop and struck the deer. His vehicle was towed from the scene.
Crash. State police at the Warren barracks report a Sheffield man suffered suspected minor injuries following a one-vehicle crash on Nov. 5 on Route 6 approximately 4,003 feet north of Fire Road. James R. Hahn, 26, was traveling west on Route 6 at approximately 5:38 a.m. in a 2014 Jeep Patriot when his vehicle left the roadway and hit a ditch. Hahn was transported by Sheffield Volunteer Fire Department to UPMC Kane Hospital for treatment of injuries.
