17 year-old charged for alleged threats

A threat against a Warren County school has landed a 17-year-old male in juvenile placement.

Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police reported that they were “contacted by a third-party regarding a possible threat made towards a Warren County school.”

The threat was reportedly made on October 25 at 10:34 p.m.

“It was not brought to the attention of the Pennsylvania State Police until November 3, 2018,” police added. “Through further investigation, the arrestee was taken into custody….”

Police subsequently charged the 17-year-old male of Tiona with felony terroristic threats and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Police said that the juvenile was “taken into custody by juvenile probation and placed to Pathways to avoid further incident.”
