The Warren County Sheriff’s Office arrested Paul Haller, 46, of Tidioute for failure to appear for criminal calendar call issued on Oct. 15. Haller was placed in Warren County jail awaiting further direction from the Court of Common Pleas.

Crash. According to Warren State Police no injuries were reported following a two-vehicle crash on Old Pittsfield Road on Oct. 27 at about 3:03 p.m. Kenneth M. Kingsbury, 71, of Youngsville was stopped facing east in a 2005 Dodge Neon on Old Pittsfield Road when a vehicle following him failed to see him. Kingsbury accelerated to avoid impact but was rear-ended by a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Kathleen A. Reed, 64, of Pittsfield. Kingsbury’s vehicle traveled approximately 27 feet before it came to rest on the south side of the roadway. Reed’s vehicle continued approximately 31 feet before coming to rest in the middle of the roadway, facing south. Both drivers and passengers were wearing seat belts and were not injured. Kingsbury was cited for failure to use vehicular hazard signal lamps. Reed was cited for failure to drive at safe speed. State police were assisted at the scene by Youngsville EMS, Garland and Youngsville volunteer fire departments and Bob’s Garage.
