Crash. According to Pennsylvania state police, on Wednesday, Sept. 26, at approximately 2:55 p.m., John M. Shingledecker, 27, of Sligo, Pa., was traveling west on Route 6 in a 2017 Ram Promster cargo van when it traveled off the right side of the road and struck an embankment, followed by a utility pole, and finally two small trees head-on before coming to rest around 25 yards from where it left the roadway. Shingledecker was evaluated on scene by Clarendon VFD’s EMS team, but had no apparent injuries, according to police. He was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic.
