Lost Item. According to Pennsylvania state police, on Tuesday, Sept. 17 someone lost an Apple iPhone 6 outside the Rouse Estates on the entrance portico. The phone is gray with a blue and pink case. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Warren.

Mead Twp.

Harassment. According to Pennsylvania State Police, on Aug. 31 at approximately 7:51 p.m., a 25-year-old male, of Warren, and a 25-year-old female, of Youngsville, were traveling east on Route 6 and Route 59 and got into a verbal altercation. The male threw the female’s cell phone out of his window, police said, before striking her several times and then crashing the vehicle.

Youngsville

Public Intoxication. According to Youngsville police, Edward Black, 77, of Pittsfield, was arrested for public intoxication on Wednesday, Sept. 5 at approximately 5 p.m. after police observed him stumbling in a parking lot. A citation of public intoxication was filed through District Justice Todd Woodin’s office.

DUI. According to Youngsville police, Christina Fitch, 40, of Youngsville, was arrested following a crash on East Main Street that occurred on Wednesday, Sept. 12 at approximately 4 p.m. Fitch lost control of her vehicle, police said and struck a utility pole on the 400 block of East Main Street. Fitch had a BAC of highest rate, and charges of DUI and other traffic violations were filed through District Justice Todd Woodin’s office.

Triumph Twp.

Theft. According to Pennsylvania state police, sometime between Aug 14 and Sept. 4 someone took multiple items from a well construction site owned by A&M Well Services of Sheffield. multiple wrenches, pipe slips, and elevators along with other items were stolen before the subject fled the scene, police said. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Warren. The investigation is ongoing.
