Police seek information on hit-and-run

Photo submitted to Times Observer Police are looking for information about a hit-and-run crash at the entrance to the Farm Colony in North Warren. Police said a 2010 or newer silver Toyota Matrix was southbound on Route 62 when it left the road and struck the sign. Police said the driver failed to report the crash to police or the property owner and left the scene. Police said they expect the vehicle would have damage to its front bumper on the passenger side. Replacement of the sign would cost an estimated $2,500, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to contact Conewango Township Police at 726-0725.
