One guilty plea in preliminary hearings, charges withdrawn against three

One guilty plea was entered while charges were withdrawn against three others during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
Michelle R. Kendricks, Warren, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of possession of marijuana and defiant trespass posted were withdrawn.
Charges were withdrawn against the following:
¯ Logan J. Stephenson, Erie. Stephenson had been charged with strangulation – applying pressure to throat or neck and criminal mischief – tamper with property. A count of harassment – subject other to physical contact was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
¯ Earl H. Zeigler, Warren. Zeigler had been charged with retail theft – take merchandise. A count of retail theft – take merchandise was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
¯ Jordan P. Peters, Jamestown, NY. Peters had been charged with retail theft – take merchandise. A count of retail theft – take merchandise was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
