One guilty plea and 7 not guilty in county court
One defendant pleaded guilty and seven defendants pleaded not guilty during arraignment proceedings on Thursday before Judge Gregory Hammond.
Robert W. Proctor, Erie, entered a guilty plea to possession with intent to deliver. Charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.
The following defendants pleaded not guilty:
¯ Michael R. Andrzejeski, Youngsville. Andrzejeski has been charged with two counts each of endangering welfare of children – parent/guardian/other commits offense and simple assault.
¯ Juan Castillo, Warren. Castillo has been charged with two counts each of simple assault and harassment – subject other to physical contact as well as disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise and disorderly conduct – hazardous/physical offense.
¯ Shawn C. Clark, Sheffield. Clark has been charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, corruption of minors, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment – subject other to physical contact.
¯ Mark K. Coy, Youngsville. Coy has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, obscured plates – prevent reading at reasonable distance and required financial responsibility.
¯ Jacob R. Keys, Mayville, N.Y. Keys has been charged with theft property lost, etc. by mistake, access device issued to another who did not authorize use, possess access device knowing counterfeit, altered, four counts of forgery – unauthorized act in writing and six counts of identity theft. At a second docket, he pleaded not guilty to theft by unlawful taking – movable property, theft from a motor vehicle, forgery – alter writing and access device issued to another who did not authorize use.
¯ Christopher D. Morley, Warren. Morley has been charged with burglary – overnight accommodation, no person present, theft by unlawful taking, criminal trespass – break into structure and theft by unlawful taking – movable property.
¯ Arthur J. Wright, Jamestown. Wright has been charged with five counts of possession with intent to deliver, three counts of criminal use of a communications facility and five counts of possession of a controlled substance.
