Jamestown man charged with intent to deliver

A Jamestown, N.Y., man was arrested Tuesday after police found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his car during a traffic stop.

Graham Arrick Davis, 20, of Jamestown, was charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of controlled substances.

According to police, 126 grams of marijuana, cash, and a digital scale were seized.

The stop was conducted during an aggressive driving enforcement effort.

Davis was arrainged Tuesday before District Justice Ray Zydonik. He was taken to Warren County jail after failing to post $35,000 bail.
