3 Plead guilty, 3 charges withdrawn in preliminary hearings Wednesday
Three guilty pleas were entered while charges were withdrawn against three during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
The following defendants pleaded guilty:
¯ Joseph E. Novak, Frewsburg, NY, to false reports – reported offense did not occur and propellant source of the paintball gun or marker is not disconnected. A count of intentionally defaces property by discharging a paintball gun or marker was withdrawn.
¯ Bryant J. Gauggel II, Warren, to simple assault and purchase, etc. alcoholic beverage by a minor. A count of disorderly conduct – engage in fighting was withdrawn.
¯ Joshua J. Wilson, Warren, to simple assault. A count of disorderly conduct – engage in fighting was withdrawn.
Charges were withdrawn against the following defendants:
¯ Troy A. Snow, Bear Lake. Snow had been charged with simple assault and harassment.
¯ Troyce C. Jehorek, Bear Lake. Jehorek had been charged with simple assault and harassment – subject other to physical contact.
¯ Richard K. McDonald III, Warren. A count of institutional vandalism education facility was withdrawn while a count of disorderly conduct – hazardous/physical offense was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
