A Corry man faces a slew of felony sex charges.

Jacob Almon Foster, 19, of Corry, was arraigned Monday morning after police allege that he engaged in sexual contact on multiple occasions with a 14-year-old female.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, the juvenile’s stepmother contacted state police after finding messages between Foster and the victim which indicated that the two had engaged in sexual contact. During a forensic interview with the victim, she described to the Forest-Warren CYS interviewer five separate incidents of sexual contact that had occurred between herself and Foster.

Foster told police that he “had begun a sexual relationship” with the juvenile “prior to him moving into her house” around March or April of this year. Foster told police he moved into her home “with the consent of the victim’s parents after quitting school.”

Foster said during an interview with Pennsylvania state police that he would contact the juvenile “very late at night” via social media to request “some type of sexual contact” from her. He told police that he originally met the juvenile through a friendship with her older brother(s), and that “he believed (the victim) was 15 years old, but when pressed agreed he knew she was 14 years old.” He told police that “he began giving her cigarettes and would get hugs and kisses from her, but believed ‘I wanted to get more from her.'”

Foster allegedly told police “he knew the sexual contact with (the victim) was illegal, but continued” to engage in it. When asked by police why he continued to engage in sexual contact with the victim, knowing that it was illegal, he said, “I am a sex addict.”

Foster was arraigned before District Justice Todd Woodin on Wednesday morning and remanded to the Warren County Jail on $50,000 bail. His charges include one count of criminal attempt – rape forcible compulsion, three counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse forcible compulsion, three counts of unlawful contact with minor – sexual offenses, three counts of statutory sexual assault 4 to 8 years older, and three counts of corruption of minors – defendant age 18 or above, all felonies. Foster also faces there misdemeanor counts of corruption of minors and three summary counts of sale of tobacco.

His preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. Tuesday, May 29.
