Two plead guilty, 11 not guilty Thursday

Two guilty pleas and 11 not guilty pleas were entered while one bench warrants was issued during change of plea and arraignment proceedings on Thursday before President Judge Maureen Skerda.

The following defendants pleaded guilty:

¯ Christopher S. Madigan, Grand Valley, to possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility. Charges including two counts of possession with intent to deliver, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted.

¯ Adam G. Miller, Warren, to DUI: Controlled substance – Schedule II or III – first offense. Charges of DUI: Controlled substance – Schedule II or III – first offense and public drunkenness.

The following defendants pleaded not guilty:

¯ Chrystal M. Arnold, Warren. Arnold has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering welfare of a children and recklessly endangering another person.

¯ Bradley A. Button, Kane. Button has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and purchase, etc. alcoholic beverage by a minor.

¯ Mitchell A. Bryant, Warren. Bryant has been charged with disorderly conduct obscene language/gesture.

¯ Shawn C. Clark, Sheffield. Clark has been charged with two counts of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, resisting arrest, driving while BAC .02 or greater while license suspended, careless driving, violate hazard regulation, disregard traffic lane, fail to keep right, two counts of endangering welfare of children and reckless driving.

¯ David N. Curry, Warren. Curry has been charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

¯ Lindsey S. Dale, Youngsville. Dale has been charged with possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility and possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Hilda F. Long, Warren. Long has been charged with theft by deception – false impression and eight counts of bad checks.

¯ Joseph W. Madigan, Warren. Madigan has been charged with possession with intent to deliver, 25 counts of criminal use of a communications facility and six counts of possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Darren P. Mahaney, Warren. Mahaney has been charged with child pornography and corruption of minors.

¯ Kari A. Smiley, Warren. Smiley has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility, endangering the welfare of children and possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Jonathon R. Smith, Warren. Smith has been charged with DUI: Controlled substance – combination alcohol/drugs – first offense, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, disregard traffic lane and careless driving.

A bench warrant was issued for Jean C. Jimenez-Camacho, Jamestown, NY. Jimenez-Camacho has been charged with theft by unlawful taking, unauthorized use of motor/other vehicles, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked.
