One pleads guilty, nine not guilty at arraignment

One defendant pleaded guilty, nine pled not guilty and a bench warrant was to be issued for another during arraignment proceedings on Thursday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Andrea P. Robbins, Jamestown, NY, pled guilty to retail theft, false identification to law enforcement and receiving stolen property. Charges of false report – falsely incriminate another and defiant trespass were not prosecuted.

The following defendants pleaded not guilty:

¯ Nicholas R. Barrett, Jamestown, NY. Barrett has been charged with burglary – not adapted for overnight accommodation, no person present, criminal trespass – break into structure and purchase etc. alcohol beverage by a minor.

¯ John R. Castor, Jr., Sheffield, to involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, corruption of minors – defendant age 18 or above and indecent assault person less than 13 years of age.

¯ Dylan J. Cunningham, Jamestown, NY. Cunningham has been charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another. Harassment and disorderly conduct – engage in fighting.

¯ Axel Johnson, Jr., Sheffield. Johnson has been charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, fail to carry registration, improper display plate, display plate card in improper vehicle, fail to carry license and operating vehicle without valid inspection. A count of fail to provide accurate registration information was withdrawn.

¯ Jay J. Shaffer, Jamestown, NY. Shaffer has been charged with retail theft – take merchandise and conspiracy (retail theft – take merchandise).

¯ Jason D. Slater, Warren. Slater has been charged with DUI: High rate of alcohol – second offense, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense, driving while BAC .02 or greater while license suspended, no rear lights, operating vehicle without required financial responsibility and driving unregistered vehicle. At a second docket, he has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – second offense, driving while BAC .02 or greater while license suspended, operating vehicle without required financial responsibility, driving unregistered vehicle, disregard traffic lane and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.

¯ Andrew G. Spear, Pittsfield. Spear has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, roadways laned for traffic, safe speed and careless driving.

¯ William J. Sullivan, Warren. Sullivan has been charged with risking catastrophe, illegal dumping of methamphetamine waste, possessing liquified ammonia with intent to manufacture controlled substances, criminal mischief – damage property, defiant trespass fenced/enclosed, theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking). At a second docket, Sullivan has been charged with possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Kaitlyn E. Wagner, Garland. Wagner has been charged with theft by unlawful taking at one docket and theft by unlawful taking and possession of a controlled substance at a second docket.

A bench warrant was to be issued at the end of the day if a waiver had not bee received from Michael A. Davis, Jamestown, NY. Davis has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, illegal operate vehicle without ignition interlock, driving license suspended, driving unregistered vehicle, operating vehicle without required financial responsibility, no rear lights, no foot rest on motorcycle, no eye protection device, fail to operate motorcycle lamps, display plate card in improper vehicle.
