Monday’s change of plea proceedings

Guilty pleas were entered by the following defendants during change of plea proceedings before President Judge Maureen Skerda.

¯ Karen K. Bailey, Warren, to DUI: Controlled substance – Schedule II or III – first offense. At a second docket, Bailey pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, required financial responsibility and operating a vehicle following suspension of registration. Charges including three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on roadways laned for traffic were not prosecuted.

¯ Benjamin M. Barney, Corry, to harassment. Charges including two counts of stalking and harassment – course of conduct with no legitimate purpose were not prosecuted.

¯ Dustin L. Campbell, Warren, to simple assault and terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another. Charges of simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and strangulation – applying pressure to throat or neck were not prosecuted.

¯ Shawn L. Dibble, Warren, to simple assault. Charges of harassment, driving while under suspension and strangulation – applying pressure to throat were not prosecuted.

¯ Halbert J. Dumas, Warren, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – second offense and careless driving. Charges including two counts of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense, driving without a license and following too closely were not prosecuted.

¯ Robert J. Edwards, Warren, to theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered.

¯ Dustin Hepler-Kostreba, Warren, to receiving stolen property. Charges of theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered and receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.

¯ Tracy M. Langworthy, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense and simple assault. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct were not prosecuted.

¯ Celia J. Nilsen, Jamestown, NY, to possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and obedience to traffic control devices. Charges of possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance were not prosecuted.

¯ Shane J. Reynolds, Warren, to retail theft.

¯ Julie Shenk, Warren, to possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility. Two counts each of possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted.

¯ Charlette B. Stiffler, Frewsburg, NY, to manufacture, etc. of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection. Charges including two counts of manufacture, etc. controlled substance, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving, fail to carry registration, fail to notify change in address, fail to keep right, disregard traffic lane, use wrong lane – left turn lane design, turning movements and required signals, careless driving and fail to use safety belt were not prosecuted.

¯ Joshua J. Wilson, Warren, to simple assault.
