Two plead guilty, two held for court at preliminary hearings
Two individuals pled guilty, two were held for court and charges against four were withdrawn during preliminary hearings on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
The following defendants pled guilty:
¯ Lori Ann Bouchard, Johnsonburg, to simple assault. A count of harassment was not prosecuted.
¯ Tyler Constable, Warren, to possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness and defiant trespass. Three counts each of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.
The following defendants were held for court:
¯ Paul K. Langill, Warren. Langill has been charged with two counts each of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct – engage in fighting.
¯ Karen Kristin Bailey, Warren. Bailey has been charged with DUI: Controlled substance – Schedule I – first offense.
Charges were withdrawn against the following:
¯ Michael James Brncik, Corry. Brncik had been charged with theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception – false impression.
¯ Jennifer Marie Newark, Spartansburg. Newark had been charged with simple assault and harassment.
¯ Richard Anson Perry, Jr., Warren. Perry had been charged with simple assault. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
¯ Amelia Francis Perry, Warren. Perry had been charged with simple assault. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
