The Executive Director of Struthers Library Theatre has announced, “It is with deep regret that we announce the cancellation of the Gatlin Brothers Concert scheduled to be held at the theatre on Friday, November 10, 2017.”
Marcy O’Brien said that Larry Gatlin, the group’s lead singer, is undergoing mandatory vocal surgery, in addition to a back surgery, that could not be postponed until after their performance date in Warren. To date, attempts at rescheduling are not working due to mutual availability conflicts.
All purchased tickets have been refunded either through a bank card credit or a written check. An explanation letter with the refund has been mailed to all ticket holders.
Mr. Gatlin is expected to make a complete and full recovery and will resume personal appearances in late fall.
