Defendants plead guilty in county court

The following guilty pleas were entered before President Judge Maureen Skerda on Thursday during change-of-plea proceedings at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Steven R. Blankenship, Ludlow, Pa., to possession with intent to deliver, DUI: Controlled substance – Schedule I – first offense and driving while under suspension. Charges of possession of a controlled substance and DUI: Controlled substances/impaired ability – first offense were not prosecuted.

¯ Brittany L. Chmelovski, Warren, to endangering welfare of a child. A count of endangering welfare of a child at another docket was not prosecuted.

¯ Cody A. Dickerson, Jamestown, NY, to retail theft. A count of retail theft was not prosecuted.

¯ Glenn M. Dutzy, Clarendon, to DUI: High rate of alcohol – first offense and careless driving. A count of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense was not prosecuted.

¯ Cody A. Flick, Warren, to possession with intent to deliver. Charges of criminal use of a communication facility and possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted. At a second docket, Flick pled guilty to possession with intent to deliver and DUI: Controlled substances – impaired ability – second offense. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle and required position and method of turning were not prosecuted. At a third docket, he pled guilty to careless driving and DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – third offense. Charges including two counts of DUI: Controlled substance – impaired ability – second offense, three counts of DUI: Controlled substance – schedule II or III, two counts of DUI: Controlled substance – metabolite – second offense, DUI: Controlled substance – combination alcohol/drugs and driving on roadways laned for traffic.

¯ Krysten L. Goska, Corry, to DUI: Controlled substance – schedule I – first offense, possession of a controlled substance, driver required to be licensed and driving an unregistered vehicle. Charges of sell non-controlled substance similar to controlled substance, DUI: Controlled substance – metabolite – first offense, DUI: Controlled substances – impaired ability – first offense and careless driving were not prosecuted.

¯ James R. Highhouse, Warren, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense and general lighting requirements. A count of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – second offense was not prosecuted.

¯ Joshua A. Kent, Warren, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense. A count of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense was not prosecuted. At a second docket, Kent pled guilty to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense and careless driving. Charges of DUI: High rate of alcohol – second offense, required financial responsibility and period for requiring lights lamps were not prosecuted.

¯ Christopher J. Lopez, Beaver Falls, Pa., to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense, driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic and careless driving. Charges of DUI: High rate of alcohol – second offense, obedience to traffic control devices, driving on right side of roadway and driving on roadways laned for traffic were not prosecuted.

¯ Noel Luciano, Jamestown, NY, to simple assault, resisting arrest and two counts of harassment. Charges of aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault and harassment were not prosecuted.

¯ Jesse J. Lucks, Warren, to harassment. Simple assault was not prosecuted.

¯ Josue F. Munoz, Corry, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving with accident – first offense, required financial responsibility and careless driving. Charges of fail to notify change in address, driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic and driving vehicle at safe speed were not prosecuted.

¯ Robert T. Sanders, Sugar Grove, to contraband.

¯ Karly S. Sorensen, Warren, to disorderly conduct. Charges of aggravated assault and simple assault were not prosecuted.

¯ James J. Walisnki, Warren, to theft by unlawful taking. A count of receiving stolen property was not prosecuted.

¯ Robert E. Wencil, Warren, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense and driving while under suspension. Charges of DUI: High rate of alcohol – second offense and driving on roadways laned for traffic were not prosecuted.

¯ Randall S. Zaner, Warren, to possession with intent to deliver. Charges of possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communication facility were not prosecuted.

Bench warrants were issued for the arrest of the following defendants for failure to appear:

¯ Tyler R. Christeson, Wellsboro, Pa. Christeson faces charges of two counts of DUI: Controlled substances – impaired ability – third offense, two counts of DUI: Controlled substance – Schedule II or III – third offense, DUI: Combined alcohol and drug or combination of drugs – third offense, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving with accident – third offense, driving while operating privilege is suspended/revoked, careless driving and driving on roadways laned for traffic.

¯ Michael J. Connolly, Warren. Connolly faces charges at two dockets. At one docket he faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession – small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft and public drunkenness. At another docket he faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating without a valid inspection.

¯ Amber L. Conrad, Jamestown, NY. Conrad has been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and a single count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Rachelle R. Curtis, Warren. Curtis faces charges of retail theft and conspiracy (retail theft).

¯ Kenneth E. Kendall, Jamestown, NY. Kendall has been charged with DUI: Controlled substances – impaired ability – first offense, driving while under suspension, driving on roadways laned for traffic and driving vehicle at safe speed.

¯ Sylvia M. Stafford, Erie. Stafford has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving with accident – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic and careless driving.

¯ Brenda S. Sullivan, Irvine. Sullivan has been charged with DUI: Solvent or noxious substance – first offense, DUI: Controlled substances/impaired ability – first offense, too slow for conditions and driving while under suspension.

¯ David R. Wilson, Youngsville. Wilson has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: General impairment – first offense, driving while under suspension, violations concerning licenses, careless driving and general lighting requirements.
