Harassment. Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies report that two juvenile females have been charged with harassment after a physical altercation at Sheffield High School. No date was provided for the physical altercation.

Liquor law violation. Erie-based Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement officers reported that a citation was issued on Feb. 13 against Elzie E. Lynch American Legion Post 0334 in Tidioute for failing to submit annual reports to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue between Feb. 2, 2018, and Jan. 3, 2019. Police said these charges will be brought before an administrative law judge who has the authority to impose fines, license suspension, or revocation and training.
