Retail theft. City of Warren police reported that Matthew Porter, 27, Warren, was charged with retail theft following an investigation into a theft from a convenience store on August 2.

Theft by deception. City of Warren police reported that Bethanie Clark, 37, Steamburg, N.Y., was charged with theft by deception and bad checks following an investigation into several bad checks written to a local business for of $377.08 on August 10.

Harassment. City of Warren police reported that Cody Flick, 32, Warren, was cited for harassment on August 23 after officers responded to a domestic dispute.

Reckless endangerment. City of Warren police reported that Christina Richards, 43, Warren, was charged with recklessly endangering another person following a report that a home health aid was working while intoxicated on August 27.

Crash. City of Warren police reported that a 16-year-old juvenile was cited for obedience to traffic control devices following a two-vehicle accident at Hickory St. and Third Ave. on August 29.

Theft. City of Warren police reported that Aaron Brew, 30, Warren, was charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and public drunkenness on August 29 after he was found asleep on the footsteps of a local establishment.

Child endangerment. City of Warren police reported that Brittany Chmelovski, 27, Warren, was charged with endangering the welfare of children after her two-year-old child was found walking in a roadway on August 30.

Harassment. City of Warren police reported that a 12-year-old juvenile was cited for harassment on September 1 after police responded to a domestic dispute.

Harassment. City of Warren police reported that Robert Barr, 62, Warren, was cited for harassment on September 4 after police responded to a report of a male harassing females known to him.

Reckless endangerment. City of Warren police reported that Howard Easton, 54, Warren, was charged with three counts of recklessly endangering another person on September 9 after officers responded to a domestic dispute.
