Aggravated assault. City of Warren police reported that a 16-year-old juvenile was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and disorderly conduct on May 21 after police responded to a report of an assault.
Harassment. City of Warren police reported that Michael Tenney, 25, Warren, was cited for harassment on May 22 after police responded to a report of a past tense domestic dispute.
Crash. City of Warren police reported that Douglas Sager, 54, Tidioute, was cited for careless driving on May 24 following a two-vehicle accident on May 19 at Pennsylvania Ave. and Water St.
Possession of marijuana. City of Warren police reported that Timothy McMillen, 29, Warren, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers served a warrant from another agency on May 24.
Disorderly conduct. City of Warren police reported that Matthew Porter, 27 and Heather Ruby, 29, both of Warren, were cited for disorderly conduct on May 24 after officers responded to a domestic dispute.
Crash. City of Warren police reported that Noah Powley 19, Warren, was cited for careless driving on May 24 following a two-vehicle accident at Market St. and Fourth Ave.
Possession of marijuana. City of Warren police reported that Ian Rigg, 37, Russell, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and attempted use of drug free urine on May 25 after officers were called to Warren County Adult Probation to assist with a subject on probation.
Use of bow and arrow. City of Warren police reported that Daniel Jenkins, 21, Warren, was cited for use of air rifles, bow and arrow after a report was made to officers of a subject using a bow and arrow with a target in a city park on May 26.
Criminal trespass. City of Warren police reported that Jordan Clark, 18, Warren, and two juveniles were cited for criminal trespass after they were found to have entered the city pool illegally around 1 a.m. on May 27.
Theft by deception. Between September 15, 2017 and March 29, 2018, according to Conewango Township Police, Laura Desalvatore, Warren, was working as a bank teller at Woodforest National Bank inside Walmart in North Warren. During this period, police allege, Desalvatore stole $1,630 from the bank. Police subsequently charged her with theft by deception.
Interference with Custody. Gideon Robert Naquin, 18, of Pittsfield, was charged with Interference with Custody of a Minor and Corruption of Minors through MDJ Bauer’s office in Youngsville after a known 16-year-old female ran away from home and was located at his residence at approximately 1 p.m. May 25 at Farnsworth Rd. The female is charged with Disorderly Conduct via a juvenile petition.
Warrant arrest. Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Kymberli A. Bogardus, 25, Jamestown, N.Y., on a bench warrant for failure to appear for sentence court. Bogardus was transported from the Albion Correctional Facility in New York to the Warren County Jail and is awaiting further court action.
