Six defendants plead guilty in Warren County Court proceedings

Six defendants entered guilty pleas while one was held for court during preliminary hearings on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse before District Justice Laura Bauer.

The following defendants pleaded guilty:

¯ Ammie L. Farnsworth, Warren, to possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of marijuana – small amount personal use was withdrawn.

¯ Jo L. Grigsby, Tidioute, to possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked and required financial responsibility. Charges of marijuana – small amount personal use, driving and unregistered vehicle and exceed 55 mph in other location by 13 mph were withdrawn.

¯ Alana L. Holmes, Warren, to possesion of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Adam J. Mintzer, Warren, to possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Harry S. Snyder, Jr., to possession of marijuana.

¯ Jordan A. Williams, Warren, to possession of marijuana and driving an unregistered vehicle. A count of marijuana – small amount personal use was withdrawn.

Brandon K. Vancise, Russell, was held for court. Vancise has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, driving at safe speed, disregard traffic lane, driving while BAC .02 or greater while license suspended, accident involving death/injury – not properly licensed, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense and DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense.
