DUI. According to Pennsylvania State Police, Lacy Anne Honey, 35, of Warren was charged with DUI following a traffic stop on December 26 at 5:57 p.m. Police say Honey was suspected to be under the influence of marijuana at the time of the stop, and that Honey admitted to smoking marijuana while driving and turned over a small amount of marijuana to police.
