One pleads guilty, 7 not guilty at court Thursday

One guilty plea was entered, seven defendants pled not guilty and a bench warrant was issued during arraignment and change-of-plea proceedings Thursday before President Judge Maureen Skerda at the Warren County Courthouse.

Kyle N. Miller, Warren, pled guilty to charges at two dockets. At one, he pleaded to charges of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – second offense and general lighting requirements while a count of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense was not prosecuted. At a second, he entered a guilty plea to counts of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – third offense, driving an unregistered vehicle, careless driving and real lighting requirements. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked were not prosecuted.

The following defendants pled not guilty:

Ona M. Bridge, Bradford. Bridge has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, fail to keep right, disregard traffic lane and careless driving.

Amanda L. Glover, Warren. Glover has been charged with retail theft – under ring.

Lloyd I. Paynter IV, Armagh, Pa. Paynter has been charged with simple assault, two counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and harassment.

Jennifer M. Raines, Russell. Raines has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense and signal improper.

Ashley M. Waite, Randolph, NY. Waite has been charged with retail theft – take merchandise and conspiracy (retail theft – take merchandise).

Lori A. Mason, Youngsville. Mason has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – second offense, careless driving and disregard traffic lane.

Justin L. Steinman, Warren. Steinman has been charged with two counts of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense and single counts of DUI: High rate of alcohol – first offense, careless driving, display plate card in improper vehicle, accident damage to unattended vehicle or property and driving without a license.

A bench warrant was issued for failure to appear against Tiffany Leigh Bickle, Garland, charged with retail theft – take merchandise.
