Additional sentences handed down Friday in Warren County Court

Three additional sentences were handed down by Judge Gregory Hammond on Friday.

¯ Jamie D. Perin, Jamestown, NY, to one year probation, $875 in fines and fees, 30 hours of community service, to comply with mental health treatment and participation in the cognitive education program.

¯ Mick D. Peterson, Jamestown, NY, to 10 days to two years less one day incarceration in the Warren County Jail, $875 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and any treatment recommended, a one year license suspension and 30 hours of community service on a count of fleeing or attempting to elude police. He is work release and early re-entry eligible. He was sentenced to $345 in fines and fees, a three month license suspension and a three month registration suspension on a count of required financial responsibility; a total of $104 on a count of exceed max speed limit by 17 mph and a total of $245 and a six month license suspension on a count of reckless driving.

¯ Patricia A. Southwick, Jamestown, NY, to seven months to two years less one day incarceration with credit for 39 days time served in the Warren County Jail, one year probation, $3,543.30 in restitution, $1,625 in fines and fees, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and any recommended treatment, to have no contact with the victim or trespass at their place of business, 40 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and participation in the cognitive education program on a count of receiving stolen property. On a count of possession of drug paraphernalia, Southwick was sentenced to one year consecutive probation, a $300 fine and 10 hours of community service.
