Columbus Twp.

Crash. Corry-based state police responded to a one-vehicle crash on Oct. 14 at 7:53 p.m. on Davis Rd. east of Carol Hill Rd. A 2004 Honda Civic, drive by Devon C. Swan, 20, Columbus, traveled into the opposing lane of travel and left the roadway, striking an embankment which caused the vehicle to roll onto its roof. Police said that Swan was transported by EMS for suspected serious injury.

Freehold Twp.

Burglary. Warren-based state police reported that they took the initial interview for a report of a theft of a motor vehicle that occurred on Stoney Run Rd. in Freehold Twp. State police in Warren conducted interviews with the victim and neighbors and were able to identify the suspect involved before turning the case has been turned over to Corry-based state police for further investigation.

Glade Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that they are investigating a theft that occurred on Jackson Ave. between Oct. 10 and Oct. 14. Someone removed a 14 HP Kohler well pump from a field. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 728-3600 and refer to incident number 1108183.

Possession. Warren-based state police reported that on Oct. 10 at approximately 8:30 a.m. that a 17-year-old female, Warren, was speaking with a staff member at Warren Area High School and a small bag of suspected marijuana fell out of her waistband.
