Burglary. According to Warren-based state police, on Thursday, July 13, between 1 and 6 p.m., someone removed two rings from a residence on Mockingbird Lane in Warren. Anyone with information is asked to contact Warren County Crime Stoppers, police said. The investigation is ongoing.
Harassment. According to Warren-based state police, on Wednesday, July 12, at 3:30 p.m., a known male, 55, of Brokenstraw, struck a 22-year-old male of Youngsville on the left arm with a closed fist. According to police, the victim reported the incident the following day and a bruise was visible. A citation for harassment has been filed through District Justice Todd Woodin’s office, police said. No online court records were available as of Friday evening, July 14.
Possession. According to Warren-based state police, Phillip Birt, 23, of Clarendon, was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana plants on Saturday, July 1, at 8:56 a.m. Charges of possession were filed through District Justice Laura Bauer.
Harassment. According to Warren-based state police, on Wednesday, July 12 at 3:30 p.m., a 12-year-old male was struck by a 14-year-old male, both of Sheffield, with an open hand across the left side of his face. Police said that charges have been filed through District Justice Glenn Carlson.
