17 more sentenced on Friday
Seventeen more defendants were sentenced on Friday before Judge Maureen Skerda.
They included:
Courtney L. Appling, 23, of Warren, for false reports to law enforcement. Appling was sentenced to one year of probation. She was ordered to complete 80 hours of community service and to complete her high school diploma and to pay a $550 fine, court costs, and $375 in fees;
Bradley A. Bailey, 21, of Warren, for access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking. Bailey was sentenced to two years of probation. He was ordered to complete a drug and alcohol evaluation as well as 105 hours of community service, to have no contact with the victims, and to pay $65.05 in restitution, a $275 fine, court costs, and $375 in fees;
Robert D. Bedell, 54, of Cornwall, Pa., for disorderly conduct. Bedell was sentenced to 6 months of probation. He was ordered to complete a drug and alcohol evaluation as well as 30 hours of community service, and to pay a $1,000 fine, court costs, and $375 in fees;
Kevin L. Campbell, 25, of Warren, for retail theft and unauthorized use of automobiles and other vehicles. Campbell was sentenced to 19 days to two years minus one day incarceration in the Warren County Prison with credit for 19 days served. He was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service, pay $26.42 in restitution, a $600 fine, court costs, and $275 in fees;
John B. Cawthorn, 38, of Warren for DUI controlled substance impaired ability first offense and careless driving. Cawthorn was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Warren County Prison with early re-entry and work release. He was ordered to complete a drug and alcohol evaluation, 15 hours of community service, have his driver’s license suspended for 12 months and to attend the victim’s impact panel and the alcohol highway safety school and to pay the costs for those programs. He was also ordered to pay a $1,025 fine, court costs, and $370 in fees;
David B. Edwards, 41, of Warren, for possession with intent to deliver. Edwards was sentenced to six days to 24 months minus one day in the Warren County Prison with credit for one month served followed by 1 year of probation. He was ordered to submit his DNA to the state repository, and to have his license revoked for 6 months. He was also ordered to pay a $700 fine, court costs, and $650 in fees;
Dakota J. Fellion, 23, of Jamestown, N.Y., for harassment and aggravated assault. Fellion was sentenced to nine to 18 months in the Warren County Jail with credit for 290 days served followed by four years of probation. He was ordered to submit his DNA to the state repository, complete a drug and alcohol, anger management, and mental health evaluation and complete all recommendations for treatment as well as 200 hours of community service, and to have no contact with his victim. He was also ordered to pay $326.57 in restitution, a fine of $2,300, court costs, and $675 in fees.
Joshua E. Haney, 35, and Tammy Ingerson, 42, of Jamestown, N.Y., for theft by unlawful taking and corruption of minors. Haney and Ingerson were each sentenced to one year and six months probation. They were ordered to complete 140 hours of community service each, and to pay $624.29 in restitution, as well as $350 each in fines, court costs, and $125 each in fines;
Shane R. Holt, 22, of Russell, for theft by unlawful taking. Holt was sentenced to two years of probation, He was ordered to have no contact with his victim and to pay $1,600 in restitution, a $400 fine, court costs, and $225 in fees;
Thomas L. Keeney, 34, of Warren for simple assault. Keeney was sentenced to nine to 20 months in the Warren County Jail with credit for four days served, early re-entry, and work release. He was ordered to have no contact with his victim and to pay $4,252 in restitution, a $1,700 dollar fine, court costs, and $625 in fees;
John W. Kiser, 62, of Russell, for simple assault. Kiser was sentenced to one year of probation. He was ordered to complete a drug and alcohol evaluation and 100 hours of community service and to pay a $700 fine, court costs, and $275 in fees;
Troy L. Lindell, 46, of Clarendon, for possession of drug paraphernalia, theft by unlawful taking, and forgery. Lindell was sentenced to five years of probation. He was ordered to complete a drug and alcohol evaluation, and to complete 160 hours of community service and to pay $790.45 in restitution, a fine of $1,200, court costs, and fees of $1,025;
Gabriel L. Oneill, 25, of Sugar Grove, for criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking. Oneill was sentenced to 146 days to two years minus one day in the Warren County Jail with credit for 146 days served followed by 3 years on probation. He was ordered to submit his DNA to the state repository, complete a drug and alcohol evaluation, have no contact with his victim, and to complete 70 hours of community service. He was also ordered to pay $1,360 in restitution, a $500 fine, court costs, and $625 in fees;
Robert G. Robillard, 59, of Warren, for simple assault. Robillard was sentenced to 90 days to 2 years minus one day incarceration in the Warren County Jail. He was ordered to complete 150 hours of community service, and to pay a fine of $750, court costs, and $425 in fees.
Charolett A. Smith, 57, of Warren, for DUI general impairment incapable of safe driving, careless driving, driving on roadways laned for traffic, and restraint systems. Smith was sentenced to 2 years with a restrictive portion of 14 days for that sentence in the Warren County Jail with credit for 7 days served. She was ordered to attend the victim impact panel and the alcohol highway safety school and to pay the costs, as well as to complete a drug and alcohol evaluation. She was ordered to have her license suspended for 12 months, and to pay a fine of $575, court costs, and fees of $2,030. Smith was admitted into treatment court.
Kevin T. Youngquist, 57, of Warren, for disorderly conduct. Youngquist was sentenced to seven days to 1 year incarceration in the Warren County Jail with credit for seven days served. He was ordered to have no contact with his victim, to complete an anger management and mental health evaluation, as well as 30 hours of community service, and to pay $436.40 restitution, court costs, and $475 in fees.
