Three defendants pleaded guilty and a bench warrant was issued for another during central court preliminary hearings on Wednesday before District Justice Arthur W. Zerbe.

The following pleaded guilty:

Robert Clever, 1201 Pennsylvania Ave. W., Warren, to a count of false reports reported offense did not occur. A count of tamper with/fabricate physical evidence was withdrawn.

Timothy Packard, Sharon, Pa., to a count of bad checks. A count of theft by deception false impression was withdrawn.

Gabriel Eastman, Corry, to a count of harassment subject other to physical contact. Charges of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and simple assault were withdrawn.

David Cressley, 113 Conewango Ave., Warren, to retail theft take merchandise.

A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of David Huntington, Jamestown, NY. Huntington has been charged with three counts each of theft by unlawful taking movable property and receiving stolen property.
