Sept. 15: Allegheny RiverfesT, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Vendors and entertainment will be located along the Allegheny River Trail in scenic Crescent Park, Warren, for this community festival. Sept. 15: Ladies Only Gun Safety Course, noon to 3 p.m. Pine Grove Sportsman Association is hosting a Ladies Only Gun Safety Course. Instructors are all NRA-certified. Door prizes, gifts, food and beverages. Free event. For more information, call Dean Spiridon at 730-7902.

Sept. 15: PA Watercolor Society’s 39th International Juried Exhibition, noon to 6 p.m., Crary Art Gallery. Opening reception, noon to 4 p.m. with awards at 3 p.m. Exhibition until Oct. 20, 2018.

Sept. 16: The Church at Bear Lake will host local indie folk band Jo&I at 2 p.m. The concert is called “Songs from the Sorrowing Place,” and admission to the event is free. For more information, check out www.facebook.com/JoandIOfficial.

Sept. 17: Toddler Time: Mondays, 10:30 a.m., Warren Public Library Children’s Department. Theme-based stories, songs, crafts and creative play. Preregistration not required. Runs September 17 through December 10. No program October 15.

Sept. 18: Build-It-Up, Take-It-Down: Tuesdays, 3-5 p.m., Warren Public Library Children’s Department. Provides ample STEM opportunities for learning through play with wooden blocks, LEGO, Bee-Bot coding robots, Bloco Robots and other toys that enhance the experience. Geared for ages three to eight, but all are welcome. Runs September 18 through December 11, except October 16 and November 13.

Sept. 21: WCCBI’s Eggs & Issues, 7:30 a.m., Conewango Club. The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, host.

Sept. 22: Multiphasic Blood Screening, 6 to 10 a.m., St. Joseph Recreational Center.

Sept. 22: Woman’s Club of Warren presents Pet Expo 2018, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., 310 Market St., Warren. LEARN: 4 presentations to choose from: 1. Monica Haritan –holistic animal health, 9:45 to 10:30 a.m.; 2. Marnee Booth — pet masseuse, 11 to 11:45 a.m.; 3. Ed Bennett — Therapeutic Farrier of Horses, 12:30 to 1:15 p.m.; 4. Sept. 28-29: Jakes Witch Project mountain bike festival (20 plus miles of trails). Live music, food, drinks. Kinzua Beach.

Sept. 29: Walk to End Alzheimer’s, 9 a.m. to noon, Betts Park. Register at act.alz.org/warren2018, or 9 a.m. registration, 9:30 a.m opening ceremony, 10 a.m. Walk begins. For questions, call 723-1199.

Oct. 3: Let Go of My LEGO: A social opportunity for children of all ages utilizing LEGOS to assist in developing social interaction skills while interacting with peers or staff.There will be LEGO challenges for any child to try or they can act independent and be creative with their LEGOS on their own. Free for ages 3 and up, Wednesdays, 6-7 p.m. (begins Oct. 3).

Oct. 5-6: Haunted House & Horse-Drawn Trolley Tours: 6 to 8:30 p.m. Warren County Historical Society, 210 4th Ave., Warren.
