Graduation exercises were held Monday, June 25, for 22 students of the Practical Nursing Program at Venango Technology Center’s Warren Campus. Dr. Cynthia Cornelius, Coordinator of Venango Technology Center’s Practical Nursing Program, welcomed the graduates and guests. Connie Kellogg, the Program’s Administrative Assistant, gave the Invocation and Benediction. The Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, along with the instructors, Julie Cartney, Leslie Davis, Heidi Kucenski, and Jessica McGuire awarded certificates and nursing pins. Alyssa Gray, of Russell, was recognized for the highest academic achievement award. Jessica Lauffenburger of Sheffield and Kaitlin Kell of Jamestown were awarded a certificate for perfect attendance. Jillian Kinnear, Jessica Lauffenburger and Kaitlin Kell received certificates for their involvement in the student government. Parker Neal, a Warren Area High School student, provided music for the occasion.
